Return conditions for the MIEDERES online clothing store:
1. Free returns are made only at SDEK pickup points.
2. Make sure that the item to be returned is in its original appearance and labels.
3. Prepare the package for return.
4. Don't forget to include a return form in the package. If it is not there, write to us.
5. At the SDEK pickup point, say “Customer return under agreement” and state the number of the invoice on which you received the parcel.
6. Send the package. Re-order the product if the color, size or style does not suit you.
7. Refunds will be made after delivery and inspection for marketability.
8. Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days.
9. If the product cannot be returned, it will be returned to the buyer with paid delivery.
